About Katelyn Colman

Katelyn (KJ) Colman is an associate at Levy Konigsberg LLP who concentrates on litigation supporting survivors of sexual abuse. She earned her B.A. magna cum laude from Colgate University and her J.D. cum laude from Fordham University School of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Brendan Moore Trial Advocacy Center and received the Abraham Abramovsky Award. She is admitted in New York. She previously worked for over four years as an Assistant District Attorney at the New York County District Attorney's Office, handling cases from inception to verdict including jury trials involving sex crimes and intimate partner violence. She received the 2020 New York Trial Lawyers' Alliance Trial Advocacy Award and currently serves as an Adjunct Professor of Trial Advocacy at Fordham Law School.
