Melanie Daly

Melanie Daly is a partner at Levy Konigsberg LLP who represents children injured by lead-contaminated water exposure and leads multiple federal lawsuits addressing dangerously high lead levels in public water supplies nationwide. She earned a B.A. in Environmental Studies and English from the University of Vermont and her Juris Doctor magna cum laude from New York Law School, where she received the Joseph Solomon Award for Excellent Character and Fitness and served as a Law Review Staff Editor. She is admitted in New York, New Jersey, the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. She prosecuted the first-ever civil trial related to the Flint Water Crisis in 2022 and successfully authored Daubert rulings used in subsequent Flint trials. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a Staff Attorney at the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
