About Alan Konigsberg

Alan J. Konigsberg is a founding member of Levy Konigsberg LLP serving as of counsel, concentrating in complex litigation, personal injury, and property damage cases. Over three decades, he has represented individuals injured by lead poisoning, defective products, dangerous work conditions, toxic substances, and poorly maintained properties. He maintains an active aviation law practice and formerly chaired the Aviation Law Section of the New York State Bar Association.

He earned his Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law. He is admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Courts of Appeals, and U.S. District Courts. He has received recognition from Super Lawyers, Martindale-Hubbell, and Best Lawyers.
