Anna Kull

Anna Kull is a partner at Levy Konigsberg LLP's New York office specializing in representing survivors of childhood sexual abuse. She earned a B.A. in English with concentrations in French Language Studies and Italian Studies from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, and her Juris Doctor magna cum laude from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. She completed a judicial clerkship through the Judicial Fellows Program at the Appellate Term of the Second Department.

She is admitted in New York, New Jersey, the Southern District of New York, the Eastern District of New York, and the Eastern District of Michigan. She has written, argued, and won rulings related to tort law in New York's Appellate Divisions and holds institutions including the Catholic Church, foster care providers, schools, and the Boy Scouts of America accountable for abuse. She handles catastrophic injuries, toxic exposure, lead poisoning, and medical malpractice matters in addition to her sexual abuse practice.
