Madeline O'Reilly is an associate at Levy Konigsberg LLP who focuses on protecting survivors of adult and child sexual abuse. She earned her undergraduate degree from Fordham University and her J.D. from St. John's University School of Law, where she served as Managing Editor of the Journal of Civil Rights and Economic Development, President of the St. John's Child Advocacy Society, and Research Assistant to the Vice Dean Emeritus in Advanced Torts. Prior to joining Levy Konigsberg, she represented child sexual abuse survivors primarily in cases involving religious organizations and educational institutions. She now advocates for survivors in cases involving correctional facilities, juvenile detention centers, residential treatment centers, and foster care.
