Audrey Raphael

Audrey Perlman Raphael joined Levy Konigsberg in 1990 and has focused her career on representing victims of asbestos exposure, pharmaceutical injuries, and toxic chemical exposure. She earned a B.A. from the University at Buffalo (Phi Beta Kappa), an M.A. in Psychology from New York University, and her J.D. from Fordham Law School, where she was a member of the Fordham Urban Law Journal. She was appointed by the U.S. Trustee to serve on asbestos committees for companies including Imerys Talc America, Paddock Enterprises, Cyprus Mines Corporation, and LTL Management/Johnson and Johnson during their bankruptcies.

She also serves on Official Committees in the Madison Boys and Girls Club and Roman Catholic Diocese of Albany bankruptcies. She additionally represents childhood sexual abuse victims under New York's Child Victims Act and serves on the Plaintiff Steering Committee for the Elmiron MDL. She has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America for Mass Tort Litigation from 2013 to 2018.
