About Corey Stern

Corey M. Stern is a partner at Levy Konigsberg LLP who focuses on children's rights and environmental justice, handling catastrophic injury cases involving lead poisoning and sexual abuse. He earned his undergraduate degree in History and his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia. He served as lead counsel for the Flint Water Crisis litigation affecting more than 178,000 public housing units and secured a $600 million Michigan state settlement in 2020. He represents approximately 4,000 children in Flint, Michigan and approximately 3,000 children in Jackson, Mississippi for lead exposure. He has also filed federal lawsuits against the New York City Housing Authority regarding lead-based paint hazards and represents sexual abuse survivors in cases involving the Rockefeller University Hospital.
