About Clark Binkley

Clark Binkley is a partner at Levy Konigsberg LLP who represents survivors of institutional sexual abuse nationwide. He earned his B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley and his J.D. from New York University School of Law. He is admitted in New York, New Jersey, and Maryland.

He has led significant litigation targeting decades of abuse at state-run juvenile detention facilities, filing cases on behalf of over 200 victims of sexual abuse at Maryland's juvenile detention facilities between 2023 and 2024, and initiating the first cases addressing widespread sexual abuse in Pennsylvania's state-run juvenile detention centers in 2024. Prior to joining Levy Konigsberg, he served as managing attorney at a boutique law firm handling civil rights, environmental, animal welfare, human rights, and consumer protection litigation, including federal civil rights cases for victims of police brutality and class actions regarding environmental contaminants. He also has experience in nationwide mass torts litigation on behalf of victims harmed by defective medical devices and pharmaceuticals.
