David Rice

David Rice is an associate at Levy Konigsberg LLP who represents survivors of sexual abuse and institutional abuse in civil litigation. He earned his undergraduate degree from Emory University and his Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. Following law school, he clerked for the Honorable Arthur F. Engoron of the New York State Supreme Court. He subsequently served as a Court Attorney with the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Second Department, conducting legal research and analyzing evidentiary records. Before law school, he worked as a litigation paralegal at the Manhattan District Attorney's Office.
