Martin Shnayder

Martin Shnayder is an associate at Levy Konigsberg's Philadelphia office who represents survivors of institutional child sex abuse throughout Pennsylvania and surrounding areas. He earned his B.A. in Media Studies and Communication from Temple University and his J.D. from Drexel University's Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where he was on the Dean's List and participated in the Criminal Law Society, Public Interest Experience program, and Trial Advocacy program. He is admitted in Pennsylvania state and federal courts. He previously served as a Deputy Public Defender, routinely appearing in court, arguing pre-trial and post-trial motions, and trying both jury and bench trials including numerous felony trials, and filed appellate briefs with the Pennsylvania Superior Court. He also practiced civil litigation in premises liability, premises security, and commercial litigation before joining Levy Konigsberg.
