Catherine Cawley

Catherine Cawley is an Associate Attorney at Mary Alexander & Associates, P.C., representing clients in complex personal injury matters. She manages all phases of litigation, including drafting complaints, discovery requests, and motions, and assists with depositions, mediations, and trial preparation. She also attends hearings, case management conferences, and plaintiff committee meetings. Catherine earned her Juris Doctor from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings).

During law school she served as President of the Plaintiffs' Law Association, Senior Editor of the UC Law SF Journal on Gender and Justice, and a member of the Moot Court Intercollegiate Team. She received the CALI Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy. As a clinical student in the UC Law SF Individual Representation Clinic, she directly represented clients in wage and hour disputes, negotiating settlements and working with the San Francisco Labor Commissioner's Office on complex cases. She is admitted to practice in California (December 2024) and Massachusetts (April 2025).
