About Sean Currin

Sean D. Currin is a senior associate in the Labor and Employment Department at Mastagni Holstedt, APC, where he represents public sector employees in administrative investigations, critical incidents, labor arbitration hearings, and civil litigation. He serves as general counsel to large public safety unions throughout California and has expertise in the Peace Officers' Procedural Bill of Rights Act, the Firefighters Procedural Bill of Rights Act, the Meyers-Millias-Brown Act, and the California Labor Code. He regularly provides law enforcement training on employee rights. Before joining the firm he worked in a District Attorney's office and at a civil litigation firm in Oakland handling complex asbestos cases.
