About Jason Hodrinsky

Jason Hodrinsky is a dedicated and accomplished litigator with extensive experience representing individuals and families in personal injury, product liability, premises liability, and toxic tort cases. He has devoted much of his practice to protecting the rights of hardworking men and women diagnosed with mesothelioma and other serious diseases caused by exposure to asbestos and talc.

Jason has handled more than 100 cases in New York and Pennsylvania on behalf of former tradesmen, servicemen, and plant workers, and has previously managed the New York City offices of prominent asbestos litigation firms. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star (2018-2020), a peer designation given to a select number of accomplished attorneys in each state.

Jason earned his Juris Doctor from The George Washington University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from SUNY Binghamton. He is admitted to practice in New York and Pennsylvania, as well as before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, Western, and Northern Districts of New York and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
