About Kush Shukla

Kush Shukla is a Partner at Meirowitz & Wasserberg, LLP, based in the firm's New York City office, where he focuses on mass tort and class action litigation. His practice covers asbestos, product liability, toxic and environmental torts, and employment law.

Before joining Meirowitz & Wasserberg, Kush worked as an associate at two prominent New York City law firms, building experience handling complex litigation for plaintiffs against well-resourced defendants.

Kush earned his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law, where he was a member of the Fordham International Law Journal and received the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award and the Leitner Fellowship. He pursued additional study of international law in Mexico at Universidad Panamericana and Universidad de Guanajuato. He is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and Florida, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the Southern District of Florida. Kush is a member of the American Association for Justice and the New Jersey Association for Justice, and speaks English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
