Perry Shusterman

Perry Shusterman is a Partner at Meirowitz & Wasserberg. She joined the firm in 2015 and was elevated to partner in 2021. Her practice focuses on personal injury, toxic torts, products liability, and premises liability matters, with particular depth in asbestos litigation.

Before joining the firm, Perry gained experience at both plaintiffs' and defense firms and served in a judicial role, giving her a well-rounded understanding of complex civil litigation from multiple perspectives.

Perry earned her Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law in 2015 and her Bachelor of Arts from Goucher College in Baltimore, Maryland. She is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, and she co-authored an article on expert disclosure timing under CPLR 3101(d) for the New York Law Journal.
