About Robert Greenberg

Robert A. (Bobby) Greenberg is Senior Counsel at Meirowitz & Wasserberg, LLP, a distinguished trial attorney with more than 50 years of experience in criminal defense and plaintiffs' personal injury practice. He is a graduate of The American University and Rutgers Law School, and began his legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Norman Heine of the New Jersey Superior Court before spending two years in the Camden County (NJ) Prosecutor's Office.

While with the Camden County Prosecutor, Mr. Greenberg was first assigned to Juvenile Court, where he formed the County's first Child Abuse Prevention Unit and worked with hospital emergency rooms throughout the County to teach staff their reporting responsibilities. He later moved to a Trial Team and tried cases ranging from simple assault to homicide before juries.

In private practice, Mr. Greenberg has represented thousands of clients in both criminal defense and plaintiffs' personal injury matters, including slip and fall, motor vehicle accidents, medical negligence, birth trauma, and catastrophic injury cases. He has earned Certification as a Trial Attorney from the New Jersey Supreme Court Board in both Civil and Criminal Law, a distinction held by relatively few attorneys in the state.

Mr. Greenberg is a member of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, the American Association for Justice, and the New Jersey Association for Justice.
