Sarah Broderick

Sarah Broderick is an Associate Attorney at Meirowitz & Wasserberg with more than a decade of experience representing clients harmed by corporate negligence, particularly those facing devastating illnesses. Her practice focuses on asbestos, talcum powder, toxic torts, products liability, premises liability, and personal injury matters.

Sarah began her legal career in 2009 as a paralegal at a firm representing individuals harmed by asbestos exposure. She entered law school in 2011 while continuing her paralegal work, and earned her Juris Doctor in 2014 from the Robert H. McKinney School of Law at Indiana University. She holds a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction from Indiana University, earned in 2008.

Sarah is admitted to practice in Indiana and before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Indiana. She emphasizes advocacy, compassion, and clarity when guiding clients through complex litigation. She is a member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice, and serves on the Leadership Board of the American Lung Association of Indiana.
