Lina Girgis

Lina Girgis is a trial lawyer at Michael Hill Trial Law who focuses on nursing home neglect and abuse cases. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Ohio State University and her Juris Doctor from Cleveland State University College of Law in 2025. Before law school, she worked as a paralegal at Michael Hill Trial Law, building direct experience in nursing home litigation.

During law school, Girgis served as Mock Trial Team captain for two years and led her first-year team to an 8th-place finish at the national finals of the American Association of Justice Student Trial Advocacy Competition in Chicago. She also participated in the Law Pretrial Justice Clinic, advocating for individuals unable to post bail, and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award. She resides in Lakewood, Ohio.
