About Pamela Pantages

Pamela Pantages has more than 31 years of experience as a trial attorney. She earned a master's degree in speech pathology/audiology and pursued a medical career before attending law school, which gives her particular expertise in obstetric and pediatric malpractice. She is Board Certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and is an invited member of the Melvin M. Belli Society, the International Society of Barristers, and the International Association of Trial Lawyers.

Pamela has been recognized as an Ohio Super Lawyer from 2009 to 2011 and from 2013 forward, holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. She is a sought-after speaker on birth injury litigation at the national level for the American Association for Justice and has published on the topic, including a chapter in 'Legal Concepts and Best Practices in Obstetrics' (2019) and a co-authored article on Erb's Palsy in 'Medicine and Law' (2005). She has represented clients in Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Illinois, Virginia, Delaware, Alabama, Montana, Tennessee, and Georgia.
