Joshua Payne

Joshua D. Payne earned his J.D. cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law with a concentration in Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution. During law school he was a member of the Jonathan M. Ault Mock Trial Team and was named to the Order of the Barristers. Josh's connection to Nurenberg Paris began in 2016 when he worked at the firm while earning his B.A. at the College of Wooster; he returned as a law clerk and joined as an associate in 2021. His dedication to trucking cases led him to obtain a Class A Commercial Driver's License in 2022, and he subsequently earned an OSHA 30-Hour Certification. He has secured significant recoveries in multiple wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases, including several matters totaling millions of dollars for clients.
