About Benjamin Wiborg

Benjamin P. Wiborg has spent 16 years at Nurenberg, Paris, Heller & McCarthy representing more than 3,000 workers injured on the job. His practice focuses exclusively on workers' compensation, handling cases involving slip and falls, back and neck injuries, burns, and other workplace injuries. He manages both the administrative and litigation components of workers' compensation claims.

Benjamin has been selected as a Super Lawyer since 2023 and previously as a Rising Star from 2020 to 2022. He serves on the Board of Trustees of the Cleveland State University Law Alumni Association and has chaired the workers' compensation section of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. He is a frequent lecturer and educator on workers' compensation rights.
