About David Montlick

David R. Montlick is the founder and CEO of Montlick Injury Attorneys, a top-rated Georgia personal injury law firm. After practicing on his own for two years, he founded Montlick in 1984 with goals of providing high quality legal help with exceptional service and giving back to the community.

Montlick earned his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from Boston University, graduating Magna Cum Laude with Distinction.

He is admitted to the State Bar of Georgia.

He received the Association of the United States Army's Patriotism Award, recognizing his outstanding support of the troops and their families. The Georgia House of Representatives passed Resolution 394 honoring his role as founding sponsor of the A4K Club (anti-bullying organization).

Montlick is also a 3rd Degree Black Belt and Martial Arts Champion with two State Championships and two Top Ten World Rankings.
