Joel Roth

Joel Roth is an attorney at Montlick Injury Attorneys in Georgia. He has practiced law since 1986, with nearly four decades of experience.

Roth worked in New York civil litigation before serving as a labor union attorney and volunteer arbitrator. He has been with Montlick since 2002, focusing exclusively on personal injury law.

He earned his Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University and his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Manhattan College.
