Meighan Vargas is an attorney at Montlick Injury Attorneys with over a decade of legal experience since 2011.

Vargas began her career handling catastrophic injury cases, then worked as both a criminal defense attorney and prosecutor before joining Montlick's personal injury practice. She handles personal injury cases including auto accidents, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, product liability, medical malpractice, and dog bite claims.

She earned her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2010, graduating Cum Laude through the Honors Program. She also holds a Master of Science from Bocconi University (2002) and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Tennessee (2000, Magna Cum Laude).

She is admitted to the State Bar of Georgia (General Practice, Trial Law, and Insurance Law sections), Supreme Court of Georgia, Georgia Court of Appeals, and U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

She completed the Georgia Bar Association Young Lawyers Division Leadership Academy and the Bill Daniels Trial Institute. She is fluent in Spanish and Italian, with proficiency in French and Portuguese.
