Paula Molano

Paula Molano is a workers' compensation attorney at Montlick Injury Attorneys, licensed in Georgia since 2014. She specializes in helping injured workers navigate claims and secure benefits after workplace injuries.

Before joining Montlick in 2023, Molano spent eight years practicing immigration law, representing individuals and families before immigration courts and federal agencies. She transitioned to workers' compensation to continue helping people overcome hardship through legal advocacy.

She earned her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from Kennesaw State University.

During law school, she earned Pro Bono Honors with 150+ pro bono hours.

She is admitted to the Supreme Court of Georgia and is a member of the State Bar of Georgia Workers' Compensation Section.
