Brendan Little

Brendan Little is a Partner at Oslund Udo Little, PLLC in Seattle, Washington. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Washington in 2006 and his Juris Doctor cum laude from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis in 2010, where he served as an Associate Editor of the Journal of Law and Policy. He is admitted to practice in Washington, Oregon, New York, and New Jersey. Little's practice focuses on mesothelioma and asbestos exposure litigation, asbestos-related lung cancer, VA mesothelioma claims, and wrongful death mesothelioma claims.

His results include a $30 million jury verdict in 2022 in Multnomah County, Oregon against Ameron Corporation in a mesothelioma case, $11 million in settlements for a union boilermaker with mesothelioma, $6.4 million in settlements in a vermiculite exposure case, and $5.1 million in settlements for a pipefitter's asbestos exposure case. He has also represented whistleblowers, contributing to a $42.6 million settlement in U.S. v. UTC Laboratories and a $117 million settlement in U.S. v. Universal Health Services.
