Ruby Aliment

Ruby Aliment is a Senior Associate Attorney at Oslund Udo Little, PLLC in Seattle, Washington. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Puget Sound, graduating on the Dean's List, and her Juris Doctor magna cum laude from Seattle University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Washington, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Aliment has represented injury and wrongful death claimants since 2016, with experience in sexual violence, asbestos, and medical negligence cases. As first-chair trial counsel, she obtained a $13 million jury verdict for medical negligence after the defense's last settlement offer was $0.

She also obtained $11 million in settlements for a 74-year-old union boilermaker with mesothelioma from asbestos exposure at paper mills and shipyards. She is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association, the Washington State Association for Justice, and the American Association for Justice. She holds a Super Lawyers Badge for 2026 and the WSAJ Eagle Badge for 2023. She volunteers with the Sexual Violence Law Center and the Seattle Clemency Project.
