Betsy Cardenas

Betsy Cardenas, Esq. is a Trial Attorney and the youngest Partner at Pajcic & Pajcic, where she has worked since 2019. Described as a rising star at the firm, she handles significant injury cases and trials, including a recent eight-figure settlement on which she served as lead attorney.

Before joining Pajcic & Pajcic, Cardenas served as a staff attorney for Florida's Fourth Judicial Circuit and worked as an insurance defense associate. She speaks Spanish and brings approximately 10 years of legal experience to her practice.

She earned her Juris Doctorate magna cum laude from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2015 and her Bachelor of Social Work cum laude from the University of Georgia in 2011. She was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2015 and to the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida in 2016.
