About Lee Griffin

Lee T. "Tad" Griffin, Esq. is one of the most versatile and knowledgeable trial attorneys at Pajcic & Pajcic, the top Jacksonville personal injury firm. He joined Pajcic & Pajcic in 1994 and has served as lead counsel in over 300 cases, securing total recoveries exceeding $100 million.

Griffin began his career as an Assistant Public Defender and worked in several prestigious firms before joining Pajcic & Pajcic. He is a Board Certified Specialist in Civil Trial Law (Florida) and a Board Certified Civil Trial Advocacy Specialist with the National Board of Trial Advocacy since 1992. He has been named to Florida Super Lawyers every year since 2006 and Florida Trend's Legal Elite. He is also the author of 'Practice and Procedure in Handling an Automobile Case,' Florida Automobile Insurance Law, 4th Edition, published by The Florida Bar. He served as President of the American Board of Trial Advocates in 2013.

He earned his J.D. from the University of Florida in 1983 and his B.A. with high honors from the University of Florida in 1980. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1984 and to the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida in 1985.
