Debora Fajer-Smith

Debora Fajer-Smith is an attorney at Price Benowitz LLP with more than 40 years of experience representing plaintiffs in personal injury and workers' compensation matters in Maryland and the District of Columbia.

Fajer-Smith is admitted to the Maryland State Bar, the Bar of the District of Columbia, and the United States Supreme Court. She is fluent in Portuguese and French.

Fajer-Smith is an inducted member of the ABA College of Workers Compensation, Chair of the Prince George's County Bar Association Workers Compensation Section, a member of the Maryland State Bar Association Judicial Nominating Committee, an Executive Board Member and Chair of the Committee on Directors of the University System of Maryland Foundation Board, and an appointed member of the Maryland Senate-House Oversight Committee on Insurance and Workers Compensation Benefits.

She is a co-editor of the Maryland Automobile Accident Deskbook (third edition), a published novelist (under the pen name Leah Kelly), a private pilot, and the founder of Amron Home and Health LLC.

Her recognitions include twice being selected by The Daily Record as one of the Top 100 Women in Maryland, the Leader in the Law award, peer-voted Best Lawyer in personal injury and workers' compensation, Top 100 Civil Plaintiff by the National Trial Lawyers, and Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary International.
