About Heather Hackett

Heather Hackett is a bad-faith insurance attorney at Ramos Law Personal Injury & Accident Lawyers, joining the firm in 2025. She has more than 20 years of experience in insurance and litigation, having worked on both insurance defense and plaintiff sides.

Hackett has overseen hundreds of cases, successfully litigated numerous trials and arbitrations, and obtained multiple large settlements for clients. Earlier in her career, she worked as a paralegal in the U.S. Attorney's Office white-collar crime division. She earned her Juris Doctor cum laude from Duquesne University Law School in Pittsburgh, where she was a law review member, and her undergraduate degree cum laude from the University of Montana.
