Ryan Nichols

Ryan E. Nichols is Director of Bad Faith Litigation at Ramos Law Personal Injury & Accident Lawyers. After beginning his career on the insurance defense side, he transitioned to representing insureds against insurance companies, drawing on first-hand knowledge of insurer tactics in disputing legitimate claims.

Nichols has been licensed to practice in Colorado since 2014. He earned his Juris Doctor with honors in 2014 from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, where he served as a Law Review editor, and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Earlier in his career, he worked as an insurance agent and property & casualty producer, and as a law clerk at a medical malpractice defense firm.
