Genevieve Outlaw

Genevieve R. Outlaw is an attorney at Robinson Calcagnie, Inc., working on mass tort, class action, and products liability cases. Since joining the firm in 2014 she has focused on representing plaintiffs in complex litigation across the country, including talcum powder ovarian cancer cases in the Johnson & Johnson Talcum Powder Cases, JCCP 4872. She was a member of the trial team that secured the $417 million jury verdict in Echeverria v. Johnson & Johnson for a woman who developed ovarian cancer after using talcum powder products, a verdict the trial court later set aside. She serves on the Law and Briefing Subcommittee in the Depo-Provera products liability MDL in the Northern District of Florida and on the plaintiffs' executive committee in the Fosamax/Alendronate Sodium Drug Cases, JCCP 4644.

Before joining the firm she clerked for the Honorable Carol E. Higbee of the Superior Court of New Jersey in both the mass tort civil docket and the Appellate Division. She earned her J.D. from Rutgers University-Camden School of Law, where she was associate managing editor of the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion, a Marshall Brennan Fellow teaching constitutional law at a Camden high school, and a participant in the Juvenile Justice Clinic. She is admitted to practice in California, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
