About Paul Dagostino

Paul Dagostino is an income partner at Robinson Calcagnie, Inc., working on mass tort, class action, and products liability cases. Since joining the firm in 2013 he has represented plaintiffs in complex litigation across the country, including the Johnson & Johnson Talcum Powder Cases and actions on behalf of military service members against 3M over Combat Arms earplugs, along with wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury matters. He was a member of the trial team, led by firm founder Mark P. Robinson Jr., that won the $417 million jury verdict in Echeverria v. Johnson & Johnson for a woman who developed ovarian cancer after using talcum powder products.

And he worked closely with Robinson to obtain a $16 million settlement for a young girl catastrophically injured while walking to school. He has secured millions of dollars in settlements for injured clients in cases ranging from automobile collisions to defective products and travel insurance disputes. He earned his J.D. from the USC Gould School of Law, where he received a merit scholarship and clerked for the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Central District of California, and graduated cum laude from the University of California, Irvine.
