Wesley K. His mass tort work spans the Yaz/Yasmin, DePuy ASR and Pinnacle hip implant, Stryker Rejuvenate, Xarelto, Risperdal, testosterone replacement, Biomet hip implant, and Roundup litigations. He represented victims of the Route 91 Harvest Festival mass shooting, which resulted in an $800 million settlement, and alongside Mark Robinson, Daniel Robinson, and Michael Olson was a finalist for the 2021 CAOC Consumer Attorney of the Year for that work.

His class action results include the $39.5 million St. Joseph Health System medical information settlement reached just before trial, the $22 million Experian data breach settlement fund, the $7.85 million 21st Century Oncology data breach settlement, and the $17 million Dodge v. PHH Corporation RESPA settlement. He was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2013 to 2022 and an Up-and-Coming Orange County Top 25 honoree from 2018 to 2022, and has served on the board of Project Youth OCBF, including as 2022 secretary.
