Patrick Embrey

Patrick Brian Embrey is an attorney at Robinson Calcagnie, Inc., working on cases involving product liability, consumer protection, personal injury, and environmental protection. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona in 1995 and his J.D. magna cum laude from Whittier Law School in 2001, where he served as executive editor of the law review, earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award and a Dean's Merit Scholarship.

And published an article on defect and emotional distress damages in California construction defect lawsuits in the Whittier Law Review. As a law student he was certified to practice in the Central District of California federal court on a case brought under the Death on the High Seas Act and helped update chapters of Benedict on Admiralty. He is admitted to the Supreme Court of California and the Central and Southern federal district courts of California, and is a member of the American Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of California, and the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association.
