Nathan Hurd

Nathan Ross Hurd joined Robinson Calcagnie, Inc. in 2012 and has devoted his practice to obtaining recoveries for people catastrophically injured by defective products, including vehicles, tires, skylights, machinery, and pharmaceuticals. He also handles premises liability, government claims, dangerous conditions of public and private property, industrial and construction accidents, wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, amputation, and accidents involving big-rig trucks and other commercial vehicles. He has recovered numerous seven figure results for clients at both settlement and trial. He earned his J.D. from Chapman University School of Law.

Where he received a merit scholarship, multiple CALI Excellence for the Future Awards, and clerked with the United States Department of Justice, Trustee's Office. He is admitted to the California bar and the U.S. District Courts for the Central and Eastern Districts of California, and is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California, Consumer Attorneys of the Inland Empire, the Orange County Bar Association, and the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association.
