Austin Kirk

Austin P. Kirk is a partner at Saiontz & Kirk Personal Injury Lawyers in Baltimore, Maryland. He is a second-generation partner who joined the firm in 2001 after law school. Since 2006, he has served as head of the firm's product liability department, overseeing the national practice for mass tort claims involving defective medical devices and pharmaceutical injuries. Earlier in his tenure he handled hundreds of auto accident, personal injury, dog bite, slip and fall, and premises liability matters throughout Maryland.

Kirk earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2001 and his undergraduate degree from American University in 1998. He is a graduate of the Friends School of Baltimore (1994). He is admitted to the Maryland State Bar.
