About Abigail Kenyon

Abigail Kenyon is an attorney at Sam Aguiar Injury Lawyers and a native of Adair County, Kentucky. She earned her undergraduate degree from Eastern Kentucky University in 2020 and her J.D. from the University of Louisville's Louis D. Brandeis School of Law in 2023. During law school she served as Vice President of the LGBTQIA+ Law Caucus, Secretary of the ACLU of Brandeis chapter, and co-founded the Lou Name Change Clinic to assist transgender individuals with legal name-change processes. Her practice focuses on personal injury claims, and she works within the firm's dedicated team model to ensure that each client receives close attention at every stage of their case.
