About Jeremy Prichard

Jeremy V. Prichard is an attorney at Sam Aguiar Injury Lawyers. A first-generation lawyer from London, Kentucky, he worked as a warehouse employee while maintaining perfect academics before earning his undergraduate degree from Eastern Kentucky University summa cum laude with a 4.0 GPA, ranked in the top 6% of his class. He received his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2021 on a full scholarship.

Before joining the firm, he worked at Landrum and Shouse as a defense attorney handling motor vehicle accidents and premises liability cases, giving him direct knowledge of how insurance companies and corporate defendants prepare and defend claims. He has served as second chair in multiple civil circuit court jury trials and holds Trial College certification earned in November 2024. He is also a Kentucky Colonel, the highest civic honor from the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
