Austin Pollard

Austin Pollard is an Associate Attorney at Sam Aguiar Injury Lawyers, focusing exclusively on personal injury law. Born in Louisville, Kentucky, he grew up in the South End of Louisville before moving to Bowling Green, where he graduated from high school in 2017. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Louisville with honors in 2021 and his J.D. from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law with honors in 2024. The loss of his stepmother in a vehicle-pedestrian accident during law school drew him to plaintiff's work.

He joined the firm as a law clerk in 2023 and became an associate after passing the Kentucky bar exam. He earned a CALI Award in Workers' Compensation Law and a place on the Dean's List during law school. His practice covers motor vehicle accidents, commercial vehicle cases, and wrongful death claims.
