About Benedict James

Benedict 'Ben' V. James is a Founder and Managing Partner of Sandoval & James Law Firm in Austin, Texas, which he co-founded with Esteban Sandoval in 2016. He represents clients in personal injury and wrongful death matters and has an extensive history of first-chairing jury trials across multiple Texas counties.

A native of Austin, James practiced for eight years before launching the firm — trying both personal injury and criminal cases and managing litigation departments at multiple Texas firms. He is fluent in Bulgarian and proficient in Serbian and Macedonian.
