Marco Cervantes is an Associate Attorney in the pre-litigation personal injury department at Sandoval & James Law Firm in Austin, Texas, where he joined in 2022. He focuses on resolving claims efficiently before litigation becomes necessary, and previously supported the firm's catastrophic and non-catastrophic litigation teams.

Born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley, Cervantes is the first attorney in his family. He earned his J.D. from St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas, where he competed on the mock trial team and served as a student attorney with the St. Mary's Center for Legal and Social Justice.

Cervantes is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Hispanic Bar Association of Austin, and the Capital Area Trial Lawyers Association. He is also classically trained in violin.
