About Ramsey Al-Azem

Ramsey S. Al-Azem is an attorney in the Houston office of Sico Hoelscher Harris LLP, where he practices on the firm's human trafficking docket representing survivors of sex trafficking in civil actions under the Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act. He manages cases with an emphasis on factual development, strategic discovery, and motion practice, and approaches his work with survivors through a trauma-informed lens focused on client-centered outcomes. Before joining the trafficking docket, Al-Azem handled traditional personal injury litigation, including 18-wheeler crashes, catastrophic industrial injuries, and wrongful death cases. He earned his B.S. in Corporate Communications with a minor in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin in 2017 and his J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law in 2021. He is licensed in Texas and admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, Northern, and Western Districts of Texas.
