About Michael McCullough

I pride myself in thinking outside the box. I enjoy the challenge of finding new avenues to prosecute a claim and get justice for my clients. I have litigated cases through to trial and have been successful in obtaining settlements in highly disputed cases. I am not all work all the time. I am a super fan of the Detroit Lions and have a Matthew Stafford bobble-head that gets moved around the office depending on the Lion's performance each week. At Sommers Schwartz, Michael D. McCullough II represents individuals and families injured as a result of medical malpractice and general negligence. Michael, or Mickey, also represent individuals who have had their civil rights violated. Since joining Sommers Schwartz, Mickey has proven he will litigate cases all the way through to trial and has been successful in obtaining settlements in some highly disputed cases. He has extensive experience conducting depositions of expert and defendant doctors, nurses, and other medical professionals.
