Sam Kinne

Sam Kinne is a trial lawyer at Sorrels Law whose practice focuses on complex, high-stakes personal injury cases that other lawyers often decline. Raised in Katy, Texas, he earned his undergraduate degree from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin in 2017 and his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center in 2021. He began his career practicing securities litigation with a New York-based law firm, building a foundation in complex litigation and motion practice, then transitioned to plaintiff-side personal injury work in 2022 at a prominent Houston firm, focusing on wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases before joining Sorrels Law in 2026. He prepares every case as if it will be tried to a jury, with an emphasis on accountability, clear communication, and results.
