Carter Nash is a trial attorney at Sorrels Law who represents individuals injured by the wrongful conduct of others. He began his legal career on the defense side, representing defendants including a prominent Fortune 500 company in catastrophic personal injury lawsuits in state and federal courts throughout Texas, before switching his practice to represent injured individuals and the families of those who have lost loved ones. Born in Regina, Saskatchewan, he moved throughout Canada as a child before his family relocated to Cypress, Texas in 1997.
He earned his undergraduate degree and MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas, where he played on the collegiate basketball team that won the American Southwest Conference and advanced to the Sweet 16 in 2014. He then attended the University of Houston Law Center, serving as an Articles Editor for the Houston Law Review and earning several academic honors before graduating in 2019. Outside of practice he is a year-round volunteer for the Christianson Syndrome Association, a nonprofit founded by the Nash family in 2011 in honor of his brother Andrew.
