Shannon Crenshaw Rhoads

Shannon Crenshaw Rhoads is an Associate Attorney at Tawney, Acosta & Chaparro P.C., representing clients across Texas, Arizona, and New Mexico in personal injury cases with more than a decade of litigation, corporate counsel, and risk management experience.

Crenshaw Rhoads earned her Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law in May 2012 and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Music cum laude from Texas Tech University in 2008. She is admitted to the State Bars of Arizona (December 2025), Texas (November 2012), and New Mexico (June 2013, reinstated July 2025), and the U.S. District Courts for the Western District of Texas, District of New Mexico, and Northern District of Texas.

She previously served as Senior Assistant General Counsel at Helen of Troy, a global consumer products company headquartered in El Paso, where she managed complex litigation spanning product liability, employment law, and contract disputes. During law school she served as Red Raider Bar Association President (2011-2012).
