About Luke Maddox

Luke Maddox grew up on a family farm and earned his B.S. from the University of Illinois before working at the United States Capitol. He received his J.D. from Baylor University School of Law in 2022, where he served as an Executive Editor of the Baylor Law Review and competed on the American Association for Justice Mock Trial Team. After graduation he was selected as a Judicial Law Clerk for Justice John P. Devine of the Supreme Court of Texas.

Before joining The Ammons Law Firm, Luke represented businesses and insurance companies in truck accident, plant explosion, and industrial accident cases, experience that gave him a working knowledge of defense strategies he now uses for injured clients. His practice focuses on personal injury and wrongful death cases, including depositions, motion practice, and written discovery. He is licensed in Texas, California, and Illinois.
