About Molly Maier

Molly Maier is a trial attorney who earned her B.S. in Business Economics with honors from the University of Wyoming before moving to Texas for law school. At Baylor University School of Law she was selected for the Mock Trial Team, elected Editor in Chief of the Baylor Law Review, and graduated magna cum laude in 2020. She was a semi-finalist in the Texas Young Lawyers Association National Trial Competition. At The Ammons Law Firm, Molly works on catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases for clients and their families.

Her publications include An Outsized Risk in Trial Magazine (February 2024) and Can You Really Go Back Home? Product Failures Abroad and Texas Forum Nonconveniens in the Texas Bar Journal (October 2022). She is a member of the Houston Bar Association, the Houston Young Lawyers Association, and the Texas Bar Litigation Section.
